J. SHMIDT A500 is a microfiltration membrane cartridge with a porosity of 0.1 microns (800 times less than a human hair), which not only removes chlorine, heavy metals (contains Aqualene) and other harmful substances from water, but also completely removes water from bacteria * and parasites (* Removes E. coli 1257, Enterobacter cloacae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa). The inner surface of the microfiltration membrane is comparable to an infinitely small sieve containing billions of pores 0.05-0.1 microns in size. To “push” water through them you need pressure. The sorption mixture filter A500 passes water only under the pressure of a micropump.
The activated carbon composite with Aqualene purifies water from toxic pollutants, irreversibly removing heavy metals, iron, aluminum, chlorine, organic and organochlorine compounds, carcinogens, allergens, mutagens.
Ion exchange resin: softens water and prevents scaling.
The components are combined into a filter matrix, which prevents the occurrence of a “channel effect”.
